Abstracts
The results aim to studies 1) problem state of an academic administration, 2) development to academic administration of achievement oriented, 3) instructional promote to effective, 4) comparison on achievement of students, 5) the contentment of the development to academic administration of achievement oriented for instructional promote to effective students. The keys information per 191 persons by purposive sampling and focus groups. The data collection by the interview, questionnaire, evaluation. The data analysis on descriptive statistics, mean average, standard deviation, t-test.
The resulted to following:
1. The problem state of an academic administration at a middle levels.
2. The development to academic administration of achievement oriented were to as; the planning, organizing, influencing , action, reflection) and develop strategy. And suitability at a most levels.
3. Instructional promote to effective at a most levels.
4. The students have to achievement in 2015 more than 2014 was to different with statistical significance at .05.
5. The contentment of the development to academic administration of achievement oriented for instructional promote to effective students at a most levels.
